Friend,

The witch hunt continues.

On Halloween, House Democrats led by Nancy Pelosi and Adam Schiff voted to continue their impeachment witch hunt. Although leading Democrats have always said impeachment needed to be a bipartisan effort, they pushed forward with a resolution supported only by Democrats, despite bipartisan opposition to their sham impeachment.

Americans deserve better. But if you thought the scary stories ended on Halloween, you’re wrong.

Recently, Senator and leading Democrat candidate Elizabeth Warren released a plan to pay for the extreme government takeover of health care known as Medicare for All. As if Senator Bernie Sanders’ price tag of $32 trillion wasn’t bad enough, Warren’s plan comes in at a staggering $52 trillion.

So how would she pay for it?

You guessed it – new taxes on businesses, foreign investments, and employers. While Warren claims it won’t raise taxes on the middle class, her massive payroll tax hike will surely impact workers through lower wages, less hours, or worse: lost jobs.

In fact, a University of Massachusetts – Amherst economist recently reported ([link removed]) that Medicare for All could result in the loss of 2 million jobs. When Warren was asked about the report last week, she agreed and said, “this is part of the cost issue.”

Despite this shocking admission, Warren and other Democrats continue to defend Medicare for All and other massive government takeovers like the Green New Deal.

They just don’t get it. Americans in the heartland and across our country don’t want more government and more taxes to pay for $52 trillion takeover of health care.

I’m in Congress to hold the line on government spending and fight against extreme ideas like Medicare for All. But I need your help.
Will you chip in $52 to help me fight back? ([link removed]) With your help, we can tell Warren and her friends to keep their hands off your tax dollars and out of your health care.

Sincerely,

Rep. Ron Estes
