who
will
work
with
a
team
of
policy
experts
who
advocate
for
workforce
development,
job
quality,
workplace
and
worker
justice,
and
postsecondary
education
policies
that
uplift
Black,
Indigenous,
People
of
Color
(BIPOC)
students,
workers,
and
families,
as
well
as
people
with
low
incomes.
