Someone needs to tell Mitch McConnell that Halloween's over. Since last Thursday, he's been walking around the Hill dressed in his Halloween costume: The Grim Reaper, presiding over his very own Legislative Graveyard where all the progressive legislation we’ve passed in the House goes to die.

Oh, wait.

It’s not a costume -- that’s just who he is all year round, like when he told a group of supporters, "If I'm still the majority leader in the Senate, think of me as the Grim Reaper.” But I’m already brainstorming costume ideas for him for next year… I’m thinking he could be an unemployed former Senator from the state of Kentucky. Will you donate $200, $100, or $50 so we can help Mitch McConnell get into costume for 2020?
