I know it’s been a while since we’ve spoken, but trust me that what I have to say to you today is important. 



Indeed, this cuts to the core of Second Amendment freedom in 2022 and beyond. It’s that important.



In fact, I’ll tell you this upfront; my message won’t be short. But it’s vital that you read to the very end. 



As you know, the FPC Legal Team has been incredibly busy this year, taking no less than 80 actions to protect your fundamental rights.



That number includes work done in unique FPC lawsuits, like Miller v. Bonta - our lawsuit that secured a federal judgment overturning California’s “assault weapons” ban… a first win of this type at the district court level in American history.



We’ve literally taken on the tyrants over everything from ridiculous age prohibitions on guns, to restrictions on your right to carry a firearm in public, to the ATF’s astounding regulatory overreach, infringements on the home manufacturing of firearms, and more.

And we’ve done it not just to live up to our promise of being the most active and legally-influential 2A group in America, but because we literally have no other choice than to relentlessly fight forward.



As FPC cautioned last year, Pres. Biden and his allies have savagely assaulted the right to keep and bear arms at every turn in 2021.



They pushed countless anti-gun bills - including one that would have literally ended gun rights within a generation - on the American people.



They nominated David Chipman - a heartless anti-gun zealot who defended the demolition of a church and burning children alive at Waco - to lead the ATF in waging war on American gun owners.



They launched a nationwide propaganda campaign to convince people that gun ownership is a “health epidemic” and tried to sneak funding for confiscating your guns into so-called “infrastructure” legislation.



And I have to tell you, Friend, based on what we’re seeing and hearing, they could go even further in 2022.



Indeed, we’re already seeing that states like California and New York are floating the idea of allowing any private individual to sue gun owners for doing nothing more than exercising their Second Amendment rights.

The tyrants are coming after our rights, our bank accounts, our livelihood and, indeed, our very way of life.
