Hey John,

I know you already heard from my campaign manager today about our crucial mid-month deadline tonight at midnight, but I had to make sure you saw this news:

Yesterday, PA-01’s Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick voted AGAINST holding Donald Trump’s chief of staff Mark Meadows in contempt for refusing to cooperate with the bipartisan committee investigating January 6. That’s outrageous. Meadows must be held accountable for his involvement in the insurrection and attempt to overturn the 2020 election results.

Records including emails, texts, and even a PowerPoint presentation outline how Meadows worked with others in the Republican Party to try and figure out a way to throw out millions of people’s votes and keep Trump in power. That’s undemocratic and criminal.

Despite all the evidence, my opponent chose party over democracy and voted against recommending criminal charges for Meadows after he failed to appear for deposition.

If Fitzpatrick won’t stand up for the first responders and the people in the building that day, why do you think he’ll stand up for you?

Our district needs new leadership, and unlike Fitzpatrick, I’m ready to fiercely defend our democracy and your best interests in Washington. Help me replace him in Congress next year by rushing $10 or whatever you can before tonight’s deadline.
