There’s not much time left to win our major legislative battles
Indivisibles,
Yesterday, we got some big news: We’ve heard commitments from Senate leadership to move forward “aggressively” on voting rights. (Editor's note -- that's what they said yesterday, but as noted above we're now worried, which is even more proof we need to keep up the pressure!) Senators are hard at work on an agreement to get around the filibuster -- our last big obstacle -- and focus on democracy for the remainder of the year.
But it’s not a done deal yet -- that’s why we’re focused on shoring up support among Democratic senators and finding new angles for the last few holdouts. Removing every stumbling block, including the filibuster, is crucial to pass the overwhelmingly popular policies we deserve, from voting rights and democracy reform to protecting the right to abortion and more. And elected officials will be turning their attention to their re-election campaigns in 2022, so we don’t have much time to do it.
So in these last few weeks of 2021, we’re making one more big push to win, and we need your support to do it. This Sunday, we’re helping local Indivisible groups in Delaware run a newspaper ad to thank Senator Chris Coons for his support and ensure he’ll keep fighting to win on Biden’s democracy agenda (and our $4,600 payment is due today!). And we’re still spending to keep our call lines open, our web resources active, and all our tools available so activists can keep up the pressure on every single senator.
Grassroots funding makes that all possible -- can you donate $10 today to help us pay for our latest newspaper ad, our democracy reform program, and all our work to win progressive victories before it’s too late?

We are so close to winning real reforms and enshrining rights for people across the country -- and we have some work left to do to bring those wins home. As 2021 comes to a close, we’re inspired by how much time and energy (and yes, money) Indivisibles have invested in the values we all share. Thanks for your continued support.
In solidarity, Indivisible Team
