Last year, gas companies made BILLIONS of dollars after a winter storm drove gas prices through the roof.
Then, those companies took that money and gave $4.6 million to Greg Abbott.
Now, thanks to policies backed by Abbott and the Republicans in the state legislature, Texans are going to pay an extra $3.6 billion on their gas bills.
For those keeping track, that’s a 78,200% return on the money gas companies invested in Greg Abbott -- straight from the pockets of Texans.
