Last night, we fell short of our mid-month fundraising goal. So I wanted to send one more email to underscore the urgency of this moment.

National Republicans know their path to taking back the House runs through our district. Since our last FEC deadline, they've dispatched multiple candidates to run against me, and those candidates will have untold amounts of PAC money backing them from now until November.

I've never taken a dime from PACs, lobbyists, or even other members of Congress. That's part of why I continue to earn vocal support from so many voters – and it's why grassroots donations matter so much.

We're so close to where we need to be for mid-December. If just 14 more donors step up today, we'll be back on track to meet our goals. Please chip in if you're in a position to do so.
