Hi John,

A few days ago, the 350 team reached out to ask strong climate supporters
like you about your priorities for 2022 and what questions you have about
the state of our movement. I was overwhelmed by the volume of responses.

We received hundreds and hundreds of questions, and while I wasn't able to
get to all of them, I tried to focus on the questions that could shed some
light on where our movement needs to go next.

climate commitment for 2022?

John, as I
read through the many, many priorities and questions, there was one
question in particular that stood out to me:

A supporter from Los Angeles asked, "Do you think we're gonna be okay?"

Here's my honest answer:

It is up to us. There is a window of opportunity to ensure we limit global
warming to 1.5˚C. But the truth is that it’s quickly closing, so now is
the time to raise your voice and the voices of frontline communities to
ensure we get a timely Just Transition and protect our planet. It's going
to take every single one of us to turn things around. But together, I
believe we can make it happen.

I'm looking forward to reading through your climate commitments (think New
Year's resolution on how you'll take action in the climate movement) and
keeping the conversation going as we head into the new year.

Thank you again for taking a moment to watch my video.

All my best,

May Boeve

P.S. Watch all the way to the end to hear my climate commitment for 2022!
