This is urgent.
The Biden Administration just confirmed student loan payments will restart
on February 1, 2022.
Let’s make it plain: Student debt is a policy failure — and forcing
millions of people to shoulder this crushing economic burden during an
ongoing pandemic and unprecedented economic hardship is policy violence.
President Biden promised voters that he would cancel student debt on the
campaign trail. Now, Ayanna is urging him to make good on that promise by
using his executive authority to cancel $50,000 of student debt per
borrower.

Will you
send an urgent message to Joe Biden to tell him it’s time to deliver for
the people and cancel student debt now? »

The student loan debt crisis is a multigenerational issue of racial,
disability, gender, and economic justice. That's why Ayanna is leading the
fight to cancel up to $50,000 in federal student loan debt for every
borrower.
Broad-based student debt cancellation is an investment in our families,
communities, and economy. It would provide immediate relief to millions of
people during an ongoing pandemic and economic crisis, help narrow the
racial wealth gap, and provide a massive stimulus to our economy.
President Joe Biden has the authority to cancel student debt without
waiting for Congress to act, and he must use it to provide essential
relief for millions of borrowers.

people are demanding student debt cancellation NOW. Can we count on you?
In solidarity,
The A-Team
