Hi Colorado Republicans,

As we close out 2021, I'd like to tell you about two dates in January I hope you'll hold on your calendar. On January 7th, we are going to launch the first training in our new Citizens Training Bootcamp series. This series will include a once-a-month educational, online training for Republicans, conservatives, and activists all across the state. Please spread the word and invite your friends!!

Our topic for January 7th will be "How to Testify at the Legislature (or any Government Hearing!)" This training will be from 7:00-8:00pm. Information will be shared for the first 30 minutes, and then we will take Q&A for the last 30.

Here is the Zoom link: [link removed] ([link removed] )

Be on the lookup for new dates and topics to be posted on our website, www.cologop.org ([link removed]) , in the new year.

Please also mark your calendars for our U.S. Senate Primary Debate on January 25th at 6:30pm at CCU in Lakewood. We will be offering tickets for a live audience, and we will also have a free livestream option so our friends all across Colorado can tune in.

As I prepare to celebrate Christmas with my family, I am grateful that the Savior I worship came down to earth as a child -- humble, vulnerable, and willing to serve everyone. I pray that these qualities can be modeled in my own life. Service is always the best path.

Thanks for being on this journey with me!

Common Sense Institute: ([link removed]) The total cost of crime in Colorado exceeded $27 billion in 2020. While costs are disproportionately felt by victims, this implies an average cost per Coloradan of $4,762 per year. The 2021 costs will grow, as the violent crime rate is on pace to be the highest since 1994, a 10% annual increase.
* $27 billion in total costs equates to 77% of the size of the state budget ($35 billion).

Kristi Burton Brown: Democrat policies are hurting everyday Coloradans
Greeley Tribune: ([link removed]) As the mom of two young kids, a millennial, and yes, the Chairwoman of the Colorado Republican Party, the direction of our state is personal to me. Sadly, every day brings more clarity that the Biden era is not going well for a majority of Colorado families.

Under President Biden, things continue to get harder for everyday Coloradans. We see daily reminders of the failures that a Democrat-led Congress and White House have caused. These failures hit home for working families who have to watch what they pay at the grocery store and the gas pump soar exponentially.

Prices have hit a 30-year high, and inflation continues to increase at a disturbing level. Meanwhile, tone-deaf Colorado Democrats continue to push the lie that inflation isn’t a real threat.
