Did you know that Montana is the ONLY state in the U.S. where private
companies and businesses can’t enforce vaccine requirements?

We don’t really see why our home should be the only place where hard-working
business owners can’t ask their employees to stay safe and healthy. Vaccine
requirements protect us and they’re nowhere near new to the U.S.

If you agree that we should be working to keep each other safe, sign our
petition calling on the Montana State Legislature and Governor Gianforte to
change their decision and allow private businesses to enforce vaccinations. <>

The first vaccine mandate law in the United States was enacted in 1809 for
smallpox. In 1905, the Supreme Court upheld a Massachusetts City law, which
required smallpox vaccination, noting that we don't have a right to place other
people at risk. And by 1922, in another case, a unanimous court upheld
childhood school mandates, calling it settled law.

So why are we living more than 200 years in the past? Sign our petition today
