I'm worried, friend.
New Hampshire is shaping up to be one of the most competitive Senate races of 2022, and news outlets from The Boston Globe to NBC are calling me one of the most vulnerable Democrats up for reelection.
Just last year, Joe Biden won this state by a single-digit margin -- but New Hampshire Republicans flipped both chambers of the state legislature. This battleground state has a long history of swinging between parties, and 2022 will be no different.
With our slim 50-50 majority, control of the Senate could come down to this seat. So when I see that our fundraising has slowed to a crawl, it makes me worried.
Republicans are already flooding the Granite State with millions of dollars to unseat me. If we fall short of our goal, it could tip the scales in their favor. So I'm humbly asking: can you split $5 between my campaign and Jeanne to help defend this critical seat and our Senate majority?

This race will be an uphill battle, but I'm no stranger to tough fights. In 2016, I won my race by only 1,017 votes—that's 0.14 percent. I know that we can hold this seat and protect our vulnerable Senate majority, but it's going to take all of us working together.
With less than a year until Election Day 2022, every dollar will go a long way in a race this competitive.

Thank you for your support – it means the world!

With every good wish,
Maggie Hassan
