* Confront the growing white nationalist threat in our country
- a threat that has only grown more intense in the year
since the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection.
* Fight to dismantle voter suppression laws that make it harder
for poor communities and people of color to vote.
* Push back against regressive immigration policies and protect
the civil and human rights of immigrants and asylum seekers.
* Rally to end the era of mass incarceration, which
disproportionately imprisons people of color.
* Work to counteract the forces of economic injustice, a crisis
that was powerfully compounded by the COVID-19 pandemic.
* Provide anti-racist materials for teachers to prepare our
children to thrive in an increasingly diverse America.
The just and equitable future we are striving for is not guaranteed;
the past few years have demonstrated that repeatedly. But we believe
that together we can make a difference and, over time, make our shared
