Friends — this isn’t the news we were hoping to share this morning…

But with just a few hours to go before the end of our mid-month fundraising deadline, we’re short of where we need to be in order to reach our goals.

Is it the end of the world? No.

Do we REALLY need to catch up today? YES.

Normally we wouldn't be so concerned, but this is an FEC month and that means we are legally required to report our fundraising numbers. A bad number, or one with few donations could welcome outside attacks from those who think we’re vulnerable.

So we can’t really afford to fall short today. And that is why we have to ask:

Can you PLEASE make a contribution to Mandela Barnes’ campaign before midnight TONIGHT? We’ll put your donation right to work beating Ron Johnson and flipping this Senate seat.
