Friend,
Big news: We're launching a massive new ad campaign to fight Big Polluter disinformation with the simple truth that clean energy is cheap energy.
We're making sure that D.C. gets the message: If the Senate wants to protect American families from rising fossil fuel costs, it must pass the Build Back Better Act and invest in clean energy. Because—say it with us now—clean energy is cheap energy.
But we're a scrappy people-powered organization up against dark money and disinformation experts. If we want a chance at changing the narrative, we need to keep our ads up and make sure the right people are seeing them.
Can you please chip in to keep our clean energy ads up?

Here's a fact that Big Polluters don't want you to know:
Fossil fuels are getting more expensive by the day. Americans are paying more at the gas pump than they were a year ago (just this week, oil prices jumped to a seven-year high), and natural gas prices have gone up over 150% in the past year. That's compared to clean energy which is getting cheaper by the day, with wind energy dropping precipitously and solar energy now the cheapest electricity in history.
And that adds up for families and businesses: The clean energy investments in the Build Back Better Act will save utility companies and customers across the country $9 billion each year by 2030.
Of course, you wouldn't know any of this from the million dollar ad campaigns that Big Polluters are plastering all over the TV and web.
Policymakers need to hear the truth, and they need to hear it now: Clean energy is cheap energy. Our ads make it clear—and they make it clear how passing the Build Back Better Act will bring forth our clean energy future—but we need your help to make sure they're being seen by the right people. If you're with us in the fight against Big Polluter disinformation, donate today to help us launch our ads campaign and keep them running until Build Back Better is passed.
To our clean energy future,
Jamal Raad
