A current member of the Broward County School Board, Dr. Osgood has dedicated her life and professional career to public service as an educator, author and community advocate. As a native of Broward County, she has been a champion for the community, initiating and participating in numerous outreach programs aimed at ensuring long term community development as well as programs that tackle socio-economic issues that burden the most vulnerable among us.
