Recently Texas put into place the most restrictive abortion ban in the country, using cash incentives to get private citizens to enforce it. And the U.S. Supreme Court is right now considering a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade -- the landmark decision that established the right to safe, legal abortion. This case could end our constitutional right to make our own decisions about our bodies. In some states, there are increasing discriminatory laws targeting transgender people, and deep cuts to health care access. What's more, as the next election cycle heats up, we are dangerously close to Mitch McConnell and other anti-reproductive health politicians taking over the Senate -- again.
