Hello from Sarah!
Dear friends,

Yesterday we launched a new report ([link removed]) with the Children & Young People’s Mental Health Coalition on what investment should look like to end the postcode lottery in children and young people’s mental health support. Catch up on our webinar ([link removed]) where we explored the findings.

Do have a listen to our podcast with
Shuranjeet Singh ([link removed]) , who shares the work his organisation Taraki is doing within Punjabi communities to reshape approaches to mental health - it's a really insightful and motivating discussion.

January is just around the corner, and for many of us that means thinking about our New Year’s resolutions. This year we're encouraging people to choose a resolution that will benefit your wellbeing, and get sponsored to keep it up throughout January. Your fundraising will help us continue the fight for equality in mental health! Find out how to get involved ([link removed]) .

Wishing you all a peaceful Christmas and a happy new year,

Sarah

Investing in comprehensive mental health support for children & young people
This report with the Children and Young People’s Mental Health Coalition highlights how historic underinvestment in children and young people’s mental health has created a postcode lottery of support, and calls for a comprehensive mental health investment strategy for all 0-25 year olds.

We're asking you to donate your New Year's resolution to us in 2022!

Whether you choose yoga, painting, baking, walking, writing (or something else entirely), do something that will boost your mental health this January - and raise money that will help us fight for better mental health for all.

Get sponsored to take up a wellbeing-boosting activity in January and raise money for mental health!
