The statement calls on Biden’s cronies in Congress to pass:

- Repeal of the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, which protects firearm manufacturers from frivolous lawsuits filed by anti-gun attorneys.

- Measures to coerce state legislatures to pass their own anti-gun laws.
