Frankly I can’t believe that this guy has the gall to try and trick voters this way.
John,
With wealthy elites from states like California buying more and more second homes in Montana, it’s gotten harder and harder for those of us who live here to find a good home.
But living paycheck to paycheck doesn’t explain why my opponent, massively corrupt former Trump aide and California resident Ryan Zinke, can’t claim to live in a real home here.
You see, the other day, I happened to be in Whitefish, so I stopped by his supposed Montana residence — and get this, it’s a freaking hotel for out of towners.
That’s right. Ryan Zinke wants us to believe he "lives" in a hotel in Montana, and now he wants to use us to get back to his donors in Washington as fast as he can. The level of absurdity is off the charts, and frankly, I can’t believe that this guy has the gall to try and trick voters this way.
This is yet another example of just how out of touch Ryan Zinke is with Montana values. You probably remember Zinke was forced to resign as Donald Trump’s Interior Secretary in a cloud of controversy stemming from an investigation into his real estate dealings and ethics violations.
And since leaving the Trump Administration, Zinke has made himself rich by lobbying for the oil, gas, and mining industries. Just this year alone, he’s made almost $1 million from doing their dirty work.
Montanans NEVER want an extremist in office — no matter what party is next to a candidate’s name. So if we are able to let voters know just how extreme Ryan Zinke is, we have a real shot to win this race *and* keep the House in Democratic control in the midterms.
Life in Montana feels like it’s getting more and more precarious thanks in large part to people like Ryan Zinke. Someone who’s causing the problem isn’t going to create the solution.
