Firstname/Friend,
Every year I watch my husband travel around Colorado, listening to his constituents about what matters most to them. Michael has listened, has heard and has acted.
When folks shared how massive forest fires threatened their livelihoods, he secured investments to fight the climate crisis and recover from wildfires. In response to concerns over the rising costs of raising a family, Michael expanded the Child Tax Credit and gave monthly tax cuts to working families. Addressing concerns about economic opportunity, he passed the infrastructure package, which will create scores of good-paying jobs all across Colorado. And he passed the largest single federal investment in high-speed internet expansion to help Americans compete on a global scale.
Because of those wins, Colorado families can better afford to provide for their children. And as a country, we’re going to invest in the infrastructure needed to build for the future; and we’ll create good-paying jobs so that more people can live the American dream.
But Michael is not done. He’s fighting to make sure that the expanded Child Tax Credit doesn’t end, and to lower the cost of prescription drugs. Meanwhile, the campaign is fighting to keep him in office and to fend off attacks against his record.
That’s where you come in: Michael’s team tells me we’ve fallen a bit behind and have $20,000 to make up before the end of the quarter.
Will you pitch in before Thursday’s mid-month deadline to help Michael’s campaign close the gap? We need Michael in the Senate to keep delivering for Colorado families.
