Jack, last week, the U.S. Supreme Court declined to rule on the Department of Justice’s challenge to S.B. 8 -- the Texas six-week abortion ban that has already been in place for 100 days.
SCOTUS is failing women across our country. This decision gives other states the green light to pass similar legislation. The Supreme Court has abandoned the people of Texas and other states that will now pass copycat restrictive abortion laws.
