‌ ‌ ‌ Rich Doud Services Information UPDATE: Former Chamber President Rich Doud’s memorial service will take place at St. Peter's Episcopal Church, 4250 N Glebe Road, Arlington, VA 22207 at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 17. Masks are required, and seating is extremely limited due to COVID-19 precautions. An outdoor reception will immediately follow the service. Arlington Chamber Mourns Loss of Previous President, Rich Doud The Arlington Chamber is mourning the passing of former President Rich Doud who passed away December 9, surrounded by his immediate family in the wonderful care of Virginia Hospital Center. Doud served as President of the Chamber for 23 years before retiring in May 2014. His leadership created the strong structure that we continue to build upon as an organization to this day. Among his many accomplishments are the creation of the Arlington Business Hall of Fame and the Community Action Committee, and the establishment of Leadership Arlington, now known as Leadership Center for Excellence.
