Once again, our holiday pop-up store, Christmas Connection, allowed protective caregivers the opportunity to self-select free items based on a 5 point system for each child in their care. The store contained dolls, trucks, arts and crafts, small electronics, hoodies and jackets, bicycles and scooters, and much more, ensuring there was something to fit every child's interests. Additionally, caregivers could choose small stocking stuffers and from a variety of games encouraging family bonding well into the new year. All items collected for the store were donated from the community, with multiple volunteers additionally sharing their time and talents to make Christmas Connection come to life.
Thanks to your generosity, we were able to serve over 210 families (and counting!), providing them with a memorable and less stressful holiday season.
