Why today?

We’ve sent a number of fundraising emails, all of them important to Mandela’s success. But why is today’s different? Why is today the day it’s so important for you to make your first donation to this campaign?

Let us explain:

When Mandela announced in July, it was a different race. Today, he’s the front-runner. Today, we’re very close to Ron Johnson formally announcing he’s running again.

And today, we’re one day away from the end of our mid-month fundraising drive.

This is so important. Because we’re a bit short of where we need to be at this point and it’s an FEC deadline month, which means we have to publicly report our fundraising numbers when it ends.

So we are sincerely asking:
