*S**torytime With Santa: *Father Christmas himself has taken some time out of his very busy schedule just for Nottingham City Libraries with two special stories!

*Festive Picture Hunt:* On your next library visit, why not take part in our Christmas picture hunt and win yourself some stickers! The picture hunt will be in libraries from 17 Dec!

An Arctic adventure awaits!

The Wild World Heroes gang are back. This time, the characters will be going on an Arctic adventure to explore and celebrate our natural world.
To take part, children simply read three books or more - these can be any books of their choice. Every time they finish a book, they add it to their Challenge website profile and leave a short book review. There’s a brand new certificate AND a limited edition virtual badge for every Reading Hero who completes the Mini Challenge.They can also find fun activities, videos, and reading recommendations.
The Challenge starts on *Wednesday 1 December 2021* and ends on *Sunday 16 January 2022*.

Boost your skills, CV and job prospects in 2022! Join us on these *FREE* courses starting in January.
*Basic IT using Library Laptops:* A four week course learning the basics of computers and building your confidence in using digital devices in the workplace and in life.
*Get Creative 3D Modelling: *A four week course where you will learn the skills needed to create, edit and print a 3D model.
*Get Creative Build a Website using WordPress: *A six week online course about websites. By the end of the course you will have learnt the skills needed to design, build and set up a basic WordPress.com website.
*ESOL Courses: *These courses are aimed at a pre-entry ESOL level so are ideal if you are only just starting to learn English. You will meet new people and learn together to improve your reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.

We are trialling a new print service called Princh in a few of our libraries.
Princh allows you to print and pay directly from your personal mobile device; phone, tablet or laptop.
We are piloting it at the following libraries: Aspley, Bulwell Riverside, Clifton, Dales Centre, St Ann's Valley and The Meadows.
