Dear John,
I have one pretty big wish on my
holiday list this season - and I'm pretty sure it's one you
share. It's a wish that one day there will be a cure for Alzheimer's
disease.
That's why this $200,000 Holiday
Match Challenge, pledged by a generous donor who wishes to remain
anonymous, in support of our vital work is so inspiring - and
why

I hope you'll contribute before December 31. Because your one gift can
be matched 2X, up to a total of $200,000, to help provide care and
support and advance research.

Our match donor's gift will support
the Tau Pipeline Enabling Program (T-PEP), a funding initiative to
accelerate drug development breakthroughs that could help mitigate the
toxic effects of tau protein "tangles" in the brain. Because
tau tangles are implicated in a number of neurodegenerative disorders,
the research made possible by T-PEP could potentially benefit
individuals living with Alzheimer's, Parkinson's disease,
frontotemporal dementia and more.
When you make a gift today, it can go
twice as far to enhance care and support for the more than 6 million
Americans living with Alzheimer's, while accelerating critical
research around the globe.

Will you take advantage of this
opportunity to double your impact on our work to advance critical
research, while also helping to provide high-quality care and support?
Please make your first gift today, while it can be matched for 2X the
impact.

Your gift can go twice as far in
the fight to end Alzheimer's.

Double my impact now.

When you donate today, you can make a
profound difference, because the Alzheimer's Association is the
world's leading nonprofit funder of Alzheimer's and dementia research.
We're also committed to providing high-quality care and support for
every generation touched by this cruel disease.

The reason we can do so much and reach
so far around the world is because of friends like you.
You can feel confident your donation
will further our work to ensure a dementia-free future for generations
to come while also supporting our efforts to help those living with
dementia. Please make your first gift today, while you can double your
impact.

Of course, while the best minds in
dementia science drive the research that will one day end Alzheimer's
for good, the more than 6 million Americans living with Alzheimer's
disease need our unconditional care and support now - even more
during the holidays.
Whenever and wherever a member of our
community needs answers or resources, we are there to help with our
free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900), our extensive collection of online
webinars, our Community Resource Finder and more, all at
