Pierce County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a home invasion that involved homeowner Jerahme Smith, 31, fatally shooting one of the two suspects.
I'd say this would be considered a Dumb Gunowner of the Day story, but the woman that fired the gun in this incident was a felon that wasn't supposed to have a gun in the first place.
We are not prohibited from getting into an argument while we are carrying our defensive weapon but doing so raises our personal responsibility for the outcome.
