John,

In the name of solidarity, my email to you today is a *little* different
than usual.

Instead of asking for your campaign support, I’m humbly asking you to join
me in supporting two unions on strike right now in PA: Kellogg’s workers
in Lancaster, PA and Erie-Strayer ironworkers in Erie, PA. Here’s the
deal:

In Lancaster, BCTGM Local 374G workers have been on the picket line since
October. In fact, more than 1,400 Kellogg’s workers across the country are
on strike for a fair contract.

Look, Tony the Tiger and Kellogg’s cereals are among the most recognizable
figures in American consumerism. But you know what? They’re grrrrreedy.

Not only did Kellogg’s posted massive earnings + authorized 1.5 billion in
stock buybacks to line their shareholders’ pockets in the past two year.
Now, they’re trying to hire permanent replacements instead of delivering
striking workers a fair contract.

These corporate executives want to cry poor while the next generation of
union workers break their backs feeding America? That’s just bullsh*t.

Meanwhile, over in Erie, they legit offered Erie-Strayer Ironworkers
Regional Shop Local 851 membership a shitty nickel raise in the third year
of a five year contract.

This kind of greed harms workers, families, and communities like Erie.
These workers have been walking the picket line for months demanding a
better contract + fair wages.

Erie-Strayer needs to take care of the workers who get the job done every
day. It's literally that simple.

support in their fight for a fair contract. Donate to their strike fund

Bottom line, the Union Way of Life is sacred to me, and protecting
workers' rights and organized labor is one of my highest priorities.

I will always stand in solidarity with workers. And today, I hope you
will, too.

In solidarity,

John

John Fetterman
