[1]Women's March
John, we’re going
to be real with you.
2021 was not exactly what any of us expected, to say the least. So we want
to hold and acknowledge the challenges this past year brought in the best
way we know how: together.
There’s a lot to reflect on in particular the unprecedented challenges and
crises women have faced this past year. Despite how unexpected and
difficult it was — there’s still a lot of reasons to feel proud and
hopeful. That’s why it’s important to us to acknowledge everything that is
happening to us collectively and as individuals.
Women’s Marchers like you,
John, are the reason this
movement was able to take on big fights this year and resist against some
of the worst attacks we’ve ever witnessed on abortion access.

As 2021 draws to a close we want to gather with the thousands of women and
feminists who make this work, this movement, and this organization
possible.
It’s clear that there’s a lot of work ahead of us in 2022 to defend the
rights we’ve fought so hard for and to continue pushing toward the
feminist future we deserve — so it’s important that we all gather together
to discuss our next steps.
Together we will highlight the progress we’ve made and look toward the
horizon in our organizing work. This call will also include an opening
song and introduction with Gina Breedlove — she is an acclaimed Medicine
woman, sound healer, vocalist, composer, actor, and author from Brooklyn,
N.Y.
[ [link removed] ]RSVP to join us this Thursday as we collectively reflect on the last
year, the changing of the seasons and what has been planted, tended and
harvested both individually and in our movements.
