Some exciting news on the legal front, John!

FIRST the U.S. Department of Justice SUED Texas over its gerrymandered maps.

THEN the North Carolina Supreme Court issued a preliminary injunction that paves the way for the Republican-manipulated congressional map to be struck down!

NOW we have to take advantage of this momentum to double down on our fight for fair districts. Are you with us?
Washington Post: "Justice Dept. sues Texas over redistricting, citing discrimination against Latinos"

NPR: "North Carolina delays 2022 primaries to give redistricting challenges more time"

John, these developments show that we CANNOT stop fighting Republican gerrymandering. We owe it to voters to do everything we can to ensure fairness and democracy, using all of the tools we have (including on-the-ground mobilization, holding Republicans accountable, and supporting voters in lawsuits where necessary). But let's be real: That takes resources.

So will you rush a donation to give us the financial support we need? Thank you in advance!
