MAJOR HEARING IN 3 DAYS, we need your help.

Dear John,

 

Just THREE days until a HUGE milestone hearing in one of the most important
court cases in America.

 

I’m sure that by now you heard – We’re suing Twitter.

 

And, John, I am honored and humbled to be one of the attorneys litigating this
case.

 

I’ll remind you briefly on the details of this case:

 

Last year, my client Rogan O’Handley, a popular conservative commentator, was
censored by the state of California and Twitter for merely questioning the
veracity of the 2020 Presidential Election.

 

He broke no law.

 

He made no threat of violence.

 

He only exercised his right to free speech.

 

All Rogan did was call for an audit.

 

And for that, then Secretary of State of California (Now U.S. Senator) Alex
Padilla’s office, requested that Twitter remove his tweet.

 

Twitter then followed instructions and removed Rogan’s tweet before
indefinitely suspending his account a few weeks later.

That’s right – Twitter ACTIVELY COLLUDED with the government to remove speech
that elected officials disagreed with.

 

If this action is allowed to stand, our right to free speech anywhere online
is in jeopardy.

 

Now, Twitter and Sen. Padilla are doing everything they can to get this case
dismissed before we go to trial.

 

That’s why I’m emailing you today.
