Concerned parents and citizens raised their voices, making education the number one issue at the ballot box.
In the Commonwealth of Virginia, parents have voiced their concerns at their local school board meetings regarding the teaching of Critical Race Theory, pornographic books in their school libraries, and dangerous transgender bathroom policies.
Two public schools in Loudoun County, Virginia, even tried to cover up the sexual assault of two female students by a biological male who claimed to identify as a female. One incident took place in the girls' bathroom.
When candidate Terry McAuliffe said in a final gubernatorial debate, "I don't think parents should be telling schools what they should teach," parents across the state decided they had enough.
And on November 2, Virginians elected a pro-life, limited government, conservative business executive, Glenn Youngkin, to lead them.
The same far-Left agenda permeating Virginia public schools is being fast-tracked by the Biden administration across the nation. But voters in Virginia went on record at the ballot box, making it clear that keeping children safe and restoring parental rights is a priority.
