SCOTUS' failure to block the Texas abortion ban is a betrayal to women everywhere in the U.S.

Texas' abortion ban allows anyone suspected of violating the ban to be harassed with costly lawsuits and opens the door for copy-cat laws in other states. This bounty-hunting scheme is a witch-hunt to restrict women's rights.

The Court has failed us. It's time for Congress to protect Roe v. Wade.

Earlier this year, the House passed the Women’s Health Protection Act to protect women’s right to choose and the health care providers helping them. Now, it’s time for the Senate to step up.
