Governor Newsom just announced new legislation in California in response to the Supreme Court’s decision to permit Texas’ “abortion bounty” law to remain. His proposal uses the same framework as the Texas abortion law and permits Californians to sue anyone associated with creating and selling assault weapons and untraceable gun kits.
