Jack — The Democratic Majority and the Biden Administration are delivering historic investments for our nation’s healthcare workers. Most recently, Vice President Harris announced $1.5 billion of the American Rescue Plan will go to support over 22,000 healthcare providers caring for historically underserved communities.

Not only is this getting our nation back to work, this will directly fight healthcare disparities nationwide. All of this will be undone if courageous leaders don’t win again in 2022. The National Health Service Corps, Nurse Corps, and Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery programs will increase healthcare workers in underserved communities and offer scholarships and loan repayments for healthcare students and workers.
