Our next Arena Academy is February 3-7. The training is held online, and participants choose from one of seven tracks: Campaign Manager, Communications, Digital, Data, Finance, Organizing, and Organizing Director. Arena Academy is more than a training. As an Arena grad, you’ll join a community that will support you as you find your place in politics. You’ll build a network that lasts long beyond the five days we spend together, and you’ll gain additional support from the Arena team, who is here to coach you as you navigate how to make the most significant impact in a role that’s right for you.

The midterm elections are heating up, and campaigns are starting to hire. With Stacey Abrams, Beto O’Rourke, and thousands of other Democrats running for office, there are inspiring candidates up and down the ballot all across the country. These candidates need your help to fight back against Republican efforts to bend the rules in their favor.
