After we fell $23,000 short of our $400,000 October fundraising goal and what we need to defeat Mitch McConnell, this team stepped up in a big way and gave $5, $25, $100 or even more to help us close the gap. Thank you. Because of your support, we were able to make up the shortfall and hit our goal.

Mitch McConnell is vulnerable. The latest poll shows Democrat Amy McGrath is just one point down, and even Nate Silver now says that McGrath can absolutely defeat McConnell. That's why it couldn't have been more important that we closed the gap after we fell short of our goal.

We are so proud of the grassroots movement that we are building together. We're funding our efforts against Mitch with an average gift of just $23. And that means something. We're not a shady Super PAC or dark money organization like the ones funding Mitch McConnell. We're not funded by millionaires or billionaires. We're running a campaign to defeat Mitch McConnell that is funded 100% by people like you.

People who believe that climate change is real and an urgent threat we face. People who believe we can and must provide universal health care because it's the right thing to do. People who believe it's time to overturn Citizens United, to pass gun reform, and to protect Social Security and Medicare. And people who believe that we MUST defeat Mitch McConnell next November.
