Everyone deserves the right to make their own health care decisions. Full stop.

But last week the Supreme Court heard arguments in a case that could overturn Roe v. Wade and wipe away decades of progress in the fight for reproductive rights. Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization is the biggest threat to abortion rights in decades.  

In the House, Tim Ryan proudly voted to pass the Women's Health Protection Act to codify Roe v. Wade. Now, we need YOUR help pushing it through the Senate. 

We need the Senate to pass this bill NOW to protect access to safe, legal abortion. Will you join our campaign in calling on the Senate to act ASAP on the Women’s Health Protection Act? 

Trump and McConnell made it their mission to pack the courts with anti-choice justices hand-picked by the far-right so they could do away with reproductive freedoms. 

Now right-wing politicians around the country are calling for Roe v. Wade to be overturned—and they just might get their wish. If they succeed, Ohio could be one of the first states to ban abortion outright with an extreme bill that goes even further than the law that passed in Texas. We can’t let that happen.
