One year from today is Election Day — and if we are successful, that day we’ll be voting for Bernie Sanders to defeat Donald Trump.
In order to get there, we need to organize a LOT of voters. And believe this: Your story is one of the most powerful tools we have to win this campaign.
When we share our stories, we’re telling others about our hopes, our dreams, our fears — our desire to have health care recognized as a human right; our hope to leave our kids and grandkids a habitable planet. Our stories can help move voters and build this movement.
That is why throughout the month of November, Bernie supporters are organizing "My Bernie Story" Workshops — events that will help supporters tell their stories to convince other people to support Bernie too.
We’re asking people — including you, right now — if they can host other Bernie supporters for a couple hours between November 9-24, either at their homes, or a local space in your community.

Our stories tell others who we are and what we care about. They reveal our values. And it is the power of our personal stories that will help put Bernie in the White House and transform America from the bottom up.
But it isn't always easy to share your story – and that's what these storytelling workshops are all about.
We're going to give you the training and resources that Bernie supporters need to share their stories in the most effective way possible. Your job as a host is to offer a space for them to gather, and help facilitate a great event for everyone who attends.
What we do together right now will determine whether or not one year from today we’ll be able to look at a ballot and vote for Bernie Sanders to be our next president.
It starts with sharing our stories. If you can host an event for people to do just that, it will go a long way.
