As the deputy national finance director for the Democratic Attorneys General Association, it's my job to make sure Democrats have the resources they need to stop the other Trump's agenda. But I've got bad news: Grassroots Democrats are ignoring down-ballot races in favor of the presidential election - and the results could be disastrous.

Republicans are pouring in money to elect far-right AGs, and Democrats are at risk of losing very winnable races. I've been meeting with these candidates and they're all saying the same thing: Grassroots Democrats just aren't giving like they have before.

We can't risk coming up short days before an election, so I'm reaching out and setting a goal to get 1,000 Democrats to make a donation before midnight for one last final push before Election Day. Next week, Jennifer Riley Collins could make history as the first African American woman elected to statewide office in Mississippi. And in Kentucky, Democrat Greg Stumbo could prevent Mitch McConnell's own lawyer from all but assuring McConnell's reelection in 2020.

We're already laying the groundwork for 2020 races, investing early to protect our Democratic AG firewall in North Carolina and Pennsylvania - states Donald Trump won in 2016 but where Dem AGs ALSO won. But we can't do any of this if Democrats fail to stand up for down-ballot candidates. Can I count on you for a donation right now?
