Nancy Pelosi hasn’t done anything to condemn the hateful rhetoric of conspiracy-theorist Lauren Boebert, who called Ilhan Omar evil and “black-hearted”, and went on to imply that Ilhan was a terrorist.

Since Boebert was elected, she has targeted the Squad with violent rhetoric, spread hateful lies, and often refers to four progressive women of color as “the jihad squad”.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has called Nancy Pelosi’s inaction towards Boebert “an embarrassment” — and we agree. Nancy Pelosi must take immediate action to stop these hateful attacks.

Justice Democrats Cori Bush and Ayanna Pressley introduced a resolution to remove Lauren Boebert from her committee assignments.
