John,
The U.S. House passed the Build Back Better Act last month after massive grassroots pressure defeated Big Money interests. Now, Senator Joe Manchin is signaling that the bill won’t get a vote in the Senate until next year.
Help us get digital ads up and running in West Virginia―including in Senator Joe Manchin’s hometown paper―to drive messages from West Virginians directly into Manchin’s Senate office.
Check out our digital ad below and donate today to get it running in newspapers throughout West Virginia starting tomorrow!
This is a fight we can win! Thank you for all you do to demand accountability from our political leaders and to fight for our shared priorities.

John,
What’s holding up the Build Back Better Act? A very small handful of conservative Democrats―prominently including Senator Joe Manchin.
That’s why, this Monday and Tuesday, CHN is helping to support a bike rally around Charleston, West Virginia to raise awareness about the once-in-a-lifetime chance to invest in working families―and to pay for this investment by making the rich and corporations pay their fair share.
While the bike rally will bring critical media attention to the issues we’re fighting for, Senator Manchin also needs to hear directly from his constituents about how they’ll benefit from these investments in our future.
Can you help us run digital ads in newspapers throughout West Virginia—including in Joe Manchin's hometown paper? Check out our ad below and then pitch in to keep the pressure on Joe Manchin to vote YES on the Build Back Better Act.
We’re applying maximum pressure to demand the Senate invest in health care, housing, child care, and paid leave. Policies, such as the expanded Child Tax Credit, signed into law by President Biden earlier this year, have started to lift millions of children out of poverty—we cannot let that expire in the New Year.
By passing the Build Back Better Act, we have the chance to create good jobs, lower costs for millions of seniors and families, address the climate crisis, and provide protections for millions of immigrants who call this country home.
Together, let's drive messages directly to Senator Joe Manchin to vote for the historic Build Back Better human needs agenda.
If you can afford it, donate $5 or more today to get our digital ads up and running in West Virginia—and keep the pressure on Joe Manchin to pass the Build Back Better Act this year!
