Today, Roy was officially elected to be the Chair of the Democratic Governors Association!

America’s Democratic governors represent 23 states, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Washington, DC. Together, they’re fighting to support workers and families, protect voting rights, defend our environment, and secure a brighter future for Americans from coast to coast.

Roy and his colleagues know that electing more Democratic governors is critical to delivering on our priorities and protecting the rights we hold dear. Roy’s proven that the right Democratic candidate can win anywhere — that’s why his colleagues are trusting Roy to lead the DGA through next year’s critical midterm elections.
