John -- First, President Obama told us how critical it is to get redistricting right.
Now The Ohio Capital Journal reminds us of the other side of that coin.
We’re highlighting Ohio because legislative Republicans and Governor Mike DeWine have enacted one of the most egregious gerrymanders of 2021, drawing themselves 80% of the state's congressional districts. But our affiliate, the National Redistricting Action Fund, is supporting voters who are suing to undo this super-gerrymander!
John, what happens next depends on folks just like you. You can heed President Obama's words and give your all to the fight to get redistricting right. Or you can sit back and let map manipulation go unchallenged.
