You're going to see a lot of emails today about the fact that we’re one year out from the 2020 election. They’ll tell you just how important November 3, 2020 will be.

They're not wrong. It's going to be a monumental day. But, y’all, there are 366 days between today and election day – and they are all monumental.

My team and I are going to wake up every morning between now and then dead set on winning that day. We want to win November 3rd, but we also want to win April 3rd. And July 22nd. And September 16th. We want to win every day.

We’ll win as One Alabama. We'll win by staying true to who we are and never dividing or dismissing the people in our state or country. We’ll win by building our grassroots movement, which starts with supporters like you.

You’ve got the “what” but I wanted to take a minute and explain the “how.” Here’s a few examples of how over the last few weeks we’ve been able to put your support to good use:

– Paul M. from Decatur gave $3 last month, which we used to print Voter Registration forms
– Carole C. from Auburn gave $10, which paid for clipboards and bottled water for our volunteers.
– Les S. from Sheffield donated $20 – that helped us get T-shirts for supporters to wear at the Magic City Classic.
– Harriet H. from Andalusia contributed $50. We used it to fill up the tank and meet with voters in Mobile.
– Marion O. in Bessemer was particularly generous. She gave $100. Along with other donors, she helped us pay our growing staff.
