The Texas Heartbeat Act remains in effect, but the Supreme Court allowed abortionists' lawsuit to continue

Friend,

The Texas Heartbeat Act has defeated Biden’s frivolous lawsuit!

Today the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) threw out the Biden administration’s lawsuit against the Texas Heartbeat Act.

The law will remain in effect and continue to save hundreds of lives every day!

But the battle is far from over. SCOTUS allowed the abortion industry’s lawsuit to continue in lower courts.

Meanwhile, Texas Right to Life is facing 14 vicious lawsuits from the abortion industry. Yesterday, a state judge declared the Texas Heartbeat Act unconstitutional (but this does not block the law).

We must file an EMERGENCY APPEAL to defend the Texas Heartbeat Act from these attacks. Will you help us? ([link removed])
