Today the Supreme Court upheld Texas’ near-total ban on abortions. This is the law that lets citizens collect bounties as a reward for preventing women from having abortions.

This Supreme Court decision gives license for extremists to pass the same law in other states. Roe v Wade is effectively over.

The religious fundamentalists have won. Now we have to fight back. Can you help me win, so I can fight for reproductive rights in Congress?

Here’s the solution to this decision: Democrats could pass Roe v Wade as a bill tomorrow.

For any conservative Democratic Senators who refuse to pass a reproductive rights bill — well, they can be pressured to. For example, Democratic leadership could get their corporate donors to pull their money, run negative TV ads against them, and put up a primary challenger to replace them.

Instead, Democratic leadership is issuing strongly worded tweets and wringing their hands. Enough is enough.
