This morning, the Supreme Court refused to block Texas’s dangerous abortion ban.

Folks, this is a further blow to abortion rights.

I co-sponsored the Women’s Health Protection Act, because the right to safe and legal abortion access should not depend on where you live. This bill would enshrine Roe v. Wade into federal law and protect against attacks on abortion access. Reproductive freedom is at risk, with more than 20 states poised to institute abortion bans or extreme restrictions if Roe v. Wade is overturned by the Supreme Court — so this bill is critical.

I’m counting on folks like you to show your support for the Women’s Health Protection Act today. Time is working against us here, team, so the more grassroots support I can show for this legislation, the better.
